The Story
The building was originally built around 1980 by the brothers Kristinn and Adalsteinn Johannsen, to house a net workshop (Icelandic “ Netagerð”) in 2018 new owners took over the building and turned a part of the 600 square meter net making hall into a restraurant called “Netagerðin”. A part of the net making shop remains in full operation adjacent to the restaurant, fully visible to the restaurant guests.
